Privacy Notice

The information entered into the Unemployment Claim Prep Assistant stays in the customer’s open browser page and is used only to prepare the report and any appeal draft requested. The app does not save or transmit those answers.

Do not enter a Social Security number, home address, claim number, banking information, medical record, government ID number, password, or other sensitive identification.

Square processes checkout and payment information under Square’s own privacy practices. This independent service does not receive or store customers’ payment-card numbers.
